Usually about a week.
The field work usually takes from two to three hours plus several hours for report preparation.  The
reports are emailed the same day with a paper copy by regular mail.
How much lead time do you require?
Fees are applied depending upon location:
Campbell River / Courtenay        $350
Gold River / Sayward                    $400      
Quadra Island                                $375
Cortes Island                                 $450
Port McNeill / Port Hardy              $525
All travel costs are included
GST is extra.

All CAHPI(BC) members must comply with the Standards of Practice which can be found on the
Association's website;

What do you check?
While it is not necessary for you to be present, it is always recommended that you make time to
join the inspector for their visit.
Do I have to be there?
All CAHPI(BC) members must have Errors & Omissions insurance and Commercial General
Liability insurance coverage as a condition of membership.  If you are contemplating using a
non-member, you cannot be certain such coverage is in place.
